James Hearn MSc MRICS, Head of Asset Management

James graduated from Leeds University with a BSc in Management Studies and Geography and went on to gain an MSc in Real Estate at the University of Reading. Prior to joining GlobalEarn he was a senior asset management surveyor at GVA responsible for managing the commercial investment portfolio of Ealing Borough Council. He has also worked in various roles at Cushman  and Wakefield and Lambert Smith Hampton.

James is responsible for overseeing all property and asset management initiatives to enhance value in the portfolio.
