Warminster Osteopathic Clinic
Ghislaine returned to work in Trowbridge on the 6th of July 2020 with the following procedures in place to reduce the risk of transmission of COVID-19.
We will carry out the verbal consultation prior to your appointment (usually the day before) so that direct contact time between us (patient and practitioner) is minimised. This will be done over the telephone or computer. Technology permitting, I will also ask to look at your tongue at this time. This consultation will also include a list of 6 questions which as far as possible determine whether you are currently Covid free.
It will be necessary to wear a mask during your time at the clinic. If you do not have one I can supply you with a mask, just let me know. If you have hay fever, asthma or other respiratory conditions, you will need an FRSM fluid resistant face mask.
You will be asked to wait in your car (or outside) until I text to let you know the room is ready for you. Or please call me when you arrive so I know that you’re here (I will answer if I can, or get back to you as soon as possible). I will then meet you at the side entrance of the surgery (at the bottom of the stairs which lead to my treatment room). This avoids you entering reception or the waiting room downstairs.
Please do not bring anything that is not necessary for treatment into the clinic with you ie leave any bags in your car. Also please give me your registration number of the car you will be attending in so that you may park for free in the surgery car park.
The surgery asks that all visitors to the clinic maintain a 2 metre distance from all other people in the clinic at all times. The exception to this is with me your practitioner and I will let you know when it is appropriate to approach under 2m and for how long.
