you to a new ladies member’s club that I have started.

The membership is strictly by invitation or recommendation only. It is a member’s club for caring, passionate, like-minded ladies who desire the best for their wellbeing - Women that realise that time out for themselves is not a luxury but a necessity; encompassing mind, body & spirit whilst supporting each other. Women that want to be inspired, women that embrace life (or want to again!) Women that want to restore balance to their lives whilst having fun.

The first event is to run on Thursday 6th June 2019, followed by every other month through to June 2020. Each event shall be held on the first Thursday of the month (apart from August , which will be 8th August)

By taking time out for ‘ourselves’, we become nicer people to be around. We feel happier. Our patience levels are restored to a healthy level, our minds are nurtured, our bodies feel nourished and above all, our souls begin to soar once more.

This led me to developing an all-encompassing itinerary for women - Mindfulness meditation, nutrition & exercise coupled with yoga all make for a balanced programme. Add fun & laughter, super food & bubbles into the mix and we truly have the perfect day.

The essence of the club is centred around women supporting women, like minded ladies enriching each other, coupled with learning new techniques to help us become healthier- finding our balance.

There will be 26 female members per event..   Women, 30 years +.
