Employ highly skilled people in the union council and therefore I recommend that every villager is invloved in decision making and have the knowledge of whats happening in the area. In a union we can decide how many primary schools, secondary schools, colleges etc, we need. Whether we can make our village a well-planned village instead of individual, unsuccessful scattered villages. Land for residentel should be seperate from industrial land. We can plan and develop, every union can have their magistrate court. I basically want to see every union council in a self-governing and welfare care of citiznes. It can be done easily as long as we want it.
