UIL always provides free, no obligation, detailed written quotations (not estimates) and a fixed price for every job (anything verbal is put into writing).
The quote is fully transparent and shows how the price of the job is calculated (eg cost of materials and cost of labour for each phase of the job). This allows the customer to add/omit aspects of the job to meet their budget and avoids any confusion regarding what is/isn't included in the job. There is also the option of day rate or hourly paid basis if the customer prefers.
UIL is a bona fide contractor - supplying own tools and materials at a fixed price, always acting in a highly professional manner and with great 5 star reviews online. Mark has a clean police record, the DBS certificate is available upon request. UIL has an Upper Tier Waste Licence.
Mark is currently decorating the interior of my house. He is an extremely professional tradesperson. He provides a very thorough quote so you know exactly what you are paying for. He is meticulous in his approach to his work. The standard of work completed thus far has been excellent. Very clear communication to client - keeps you informed at every stage.
