Situated in the heart of a golfing paradise.

Belek, Antalya, Turkey

There are many reasons to invest in Turkey ...

... and in Belek in particular.  A Mediterranean climate, the strong growth in tourism, ever improving infrastructure, the possibility of joining the EU and the expectation of continuing capital growth all add up to an attractive opportunity.  Belek is just 25 minutes from Antalya's modern international airport on Turkey's southern Mediterranean coast.

The Belek area is rich in Roman antiquities.  The stunning amphitheatre at Aspendos and the old city of Perge are only a short drive away and are 'must sees'.

... and to join the unique National Golf Course

There were 5 courses in Belek in 2000 when my wife and I joined the National. Today there are 14, with more planned.  World famous course architects including the David Feherty & David Jones duo (The National), Nick Faldo, Colin Montgomery, and now José María Olazábal and Annika Sörenstam, have all designed courses here.

The courses are all of excellent standard - definitely more than a match for those in Spain and Portugal.  The National is the only Members' Club in the region.  The hotels are genuine 5 star and most offer all-inclusive rates.

I, and others, see the situation as similar to the Algarve 40 years ago - great facilities, great value, great climate and warm Turkish hospitality,  And, lots of investment potential!!
