"After having 4 previous people out to try and correctly diagnose a roof leak over a space of a few weeks, they came out the same afternoon to have a look for me because he knew I was struggling and knew I need help. He sourced the problem by inspecting the job properly which 4 other people failed to do. He said it might be a week due to all the work he had on at the minute. But he ended up coming the next working day on the Monday. I have even request them to come and do more work for me. Highly recommended."
