Takes a lot to start a gym and going there you realize everyone is friendly and happy to help. There's no judging and staff are always on hand to give advice.
I went straight in and mark (the owner) noticed i was doing a particular workout wrong so happily came and showed me the correct way and even showed me a few more. I really appreciated that as now when im back i can follow his advice and know im getting the best results!

Equipment is easy to use and enough variety to work anything you want, sure its not the biggest but just means even if you go alone you can always have a buddy.

Price i found suits anyone, can pay each time, monthly or even yearly if you wanted to.

It has a car park a well stocked fridge, is bright and full of energy.
So happy i let a friend talk me in as i can honestly say im really enjoying it!
