Securing Manchester's vacant properties
When we arrived at Manchester's two vacant warehouses, inclusive of complementary offices, it was clear our client had a real security issue. The sites had been damaged by trespassers, and youngsters regularly broke in and caused extensive damage.
During the first few days:

✔ On-site before police started to begin removal proceedings

✔ Put in an alarm-response procedure

✔ Installed a concrete barrier to prevent vehicle access
