The Vantage Building in London
Portal Security took over the Vantage Building in 2017 to provide a 24-hour hybrid security service. This service consisted of our front of house staff, with a fully qualified FOH manager and security officers throughout the evening.
They were able to:
✔ Offer a full concierge service, taking care of all building requirements
✔ Deal with contractors, deliveries, complaints etc
✔ Provide 100% coverage during the pandemic
✔ Implement COVID procedures throughout
Our security specialists were able to:
✔ Changed locks of main gates
✔ Drained building of water from the security breach
✔ Cut-off electricity
✔ Shut off gas to prevent leaks
Security officers providing out of hours service
✔ Opening and closing the building
✔ Also looked after commercial offices
✔ Fire marshalled the building (on various occasions)
✔ Provided a fire-watch service for over 3 weeks due to a malfunction of the building’s fire alarm
