Peter's play  The Boot played at the Hen and Chickens in August 2017, and was described by one critic as a "corkscrew of a thriller", and by another as "a sex comedy with a twist".

 

Peter's play Wrong Move came third in the inaugural Terence Rattigan Awards in 2017 and received a reading at the Rattigan Society AGM in 2019.

 

Peter was a joint winner of the International Playwriting Festival 2014 for Man With No Ties.
