With Gaddafi's forces no longer in Tripoli, the card "Suppress Tripoli revolt" that had been preventing the Citizens of Tripoli from rising up, is now destroyed. Also as the capturing of Tripoli is now replaced by the mere occupation of the city, the NTC's and Berbers' cards change values to represent this.  

The International Community attempts to get UN ground troops to Tripoli but it was judged that the UN would not able to get resolutions organised fast enough for this to happen before the liberation. Troops may arrive, but later.
