Ingredients:
1 pound linguine pasta
1 pound mixed seafood (shrimp, mussels, clams)
1/4 cup olive oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1/2 cup white wine
1 can diced tomatoes (14 oz)
Salt and pepper, to taste
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions:
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add linguine pasta and cook until al dente, according to package instructions.
