Correct documents and forms are an essential part of the delivery of our services to clients, their visitors as well as learners coming onto any of our courses. Some can be printed off and kept for reference, whilst other need to be downloaded for completion.
Examples include our Health & Safety Policy, a Pre-Event questionnaire designed to give us an idea what sort of event you are putting on, a sample of the Event Medical Plan which is issued to organisers once we have formally been instructed, and provided a complete medical overview of what we are going to be doing at that particular event. It also provides the duty medics with some local information such as nearest A&E Hospital and Chemist.
Useful for your visitors in case of emergency!
By using these documents in your event planning process, you are not only providing us with the correct information to help your event team, but you are demonstrating that you are carrying out best practice during the event planning process which will also go to support your risk assessment planning.
Whilst many are in PDF format, some of them are provided in Word, giving you the chance to complete the files online, ready to send them back to us via email, thus helping us reduce our carbon footprint.
