PLASTIC TIGHT HEAD DRUMS, FROM BASILDON TO THE NATION

Working in unison with Schütz, we’re proud to offer a range of pioneering tight head drums, including Basell’s ‘L’ ring drum with outstanding performance benefits for our clients across Basildon and the wider UK. These new technologies offer greater impact strength at lower temperatures, high stress crack resistance and increased chemical resistance, in addition to significantly increased stacking stability when compared to conventional drums.

 

The addition of Schütz’s new security layer technology enables the drum to be used within Zone 1 and 2 areas as well as for the transportation of hazardous chemicals with a flash point < 61°C. These drums are manufactured with a conductive outer layer and an integrated contact strip within the drum wall, ensuring conductivity between the inside and outside. All our drums can be delivered either loose filled (maximum of 284 drums), shrink wrapped and palletised with the fill openings orientated to suit your filling equipment, or we can load your own drum cassettes, whichever is most convenient.
