Aromatherapy Oils
Although not qualified as an aromatherapist, I am committed to the benefits of essential oils and hold stock for the Tisserand brand which I am convinced retain a high quality control.
The BMJ article promoting the use of lavender oil for insomnia, mood enhancing ylang ylang, regulating rosewood or stimulating rosemary oil drops in a bath or atomiser, or a couple of drops of pine essential oil with various Bach Flower Remedies in a spray to ward off respiratory infections during long flights, have all proved valuable to clients.
