I just wanted to drop you a note to say thanks for all your support over the last 10 months, time seems to have flown since Chelsea started her puppy foundation course in August, and I never dreamed we would get to Bronze let alone her passing Gold last week! 1 year and 4 days old.

Well, you were right after all.....this has been an excellent Foundation Course for Janey poo.....and Jenny, and me who probably needed the training the most! So we just want to thank you for a thoroughly enjoyable and successful 6 weeks with you, and for Janey's rosette...hopefully the first of more.

We would like to have a go at the Bronze Medal training course next, even though we realise we'll have to do a bit more homework, but it will be great to keep Janey active and learning, especially as it was obvious from here waggy tail and  determined walk to the training ring how much she enjoyed it.....Paul and Jenny ( May 2015)

Thanks for the 1-2-1 the other day, I found it to be extremely helpful in theory - down to me now to put it into practise, consistently!

I feel very lucky to have found you both to guide me through my training  - the very straightforward, no mess no fuss style that you have of handling us flouncy/dithering dog-owners, well I really appreciate it; hence I bring along some cake, something that I am a little more confident in handling.... Location only 20 mins from home good drive in the car for the pup

Length of session ideal and at break an opportunity to talk through concerns and listen to others useful tips advice and examples

Also reconfirms perhaps what you are doing and it is reassuring to know if your going in the right direction

Useful for the pups to be in the car and adjust to being alone although don't think Boston was too pleased

Nice number of pups in the session not over crowded

Most of all our pup had a wail of a time meeting new friends

Trainer confident, reassuring and a subject matter expert which gives you the confidence in your ability to train and do the best for your pup

As you can tell all three of us really enjoyed our time with you and the rest of the class and are looking forward you the rest of the course.

Thank you so much for all of this. I have noticed a huge improvement with Zula.  She is much more willing to come when I call her.  

It really is lovely having both dogs home again and more pleasurable now that Zula is a bit better behaved so a huge thank you!  You've done a brilliant job.

Hello Pete and Anji

I just wanted to update you on progress here with Edie since the session a while back. We now have a very happy and ridiculously affectionate Edie! She is a different dog most of the time. Based on your feedback we identified where we were making her stressed.

We even managed to take her on holiday with 6 other people in the house, she went sailing, had new experiences everyday and was happy to go for pub lunches in busy pubs with lots of people milling around. She was relaxed and snoozed!

I know we have lots to do with Edie but I wanted to say thank you so much for your guidance. We are making really good headway!

Thank you for an excellent Puppy introduction course.

We found it very effective.

Anji is an extremely good communicator and we were lucky to have as an instructor someone with not only such a deep understanding and long expertise in the ways of the young dog but also a great teaching skills, with the ability to give owners a clear understanding of what needs to be done and the tools to do it.
