Please note that for Bronze and Silver awards we aim to schedule the assessment on week 6, this is subject to availability of the kennel club authorised assessor (and readiness of the dogs and handlers).
We are unable to refund monies for any classes that are missed.
The Gold/Platinum/Diamond awards can sometimes require more than one block of 6 lessons and the assessment is subject to the dogs and handlers having reached the required level to pass.
We regret that we cannot accept dogs onto group courses if they are not social with other dogs. We will require the dog to have had a 1-2-1 assessment utilising our stooge dogs prior to acceptance onto a course.
We do ask for a deposit to confirm any booking (1-2-1's and behaviour consultations). Deposits are non-refundable & Non transferable

The Kennel Club is the largest dog organisation in the UK.
We are proud to be one of their largest training clubs. Between Sept 2010 and April 2022 we have successfully trained over 6500 dogs to achieve kennel club awards at Puppy, Bronze, Silver and Gold levels.
Peter has trained handled and achieved Gold Award Level with 15 individual dogs (One acheived Gold at 17 weeks old!) and Anji with 7 of hers.
We do not use unqualified assistants and we train all year round in all weathers (we believe that as responsible dog owners you should walk your dog every day regardless of the weather, therefore you can train your dog regardless of the weather!)
